It pays regard to a person’s whole experience (physical, psychological, intellectual, emotional, interpersonal and spiritual) to assist them to expand their awareness of how they relate in their world.
GTB offers an experiential learning model in a trusting and respectful environment. Participants develop a high level of personal awareness, skills in Gestalt therapy practice and a sound grounding in theoretical principles.
GTB courses are also offered in NSW through Gestalt Therapy Sydney. Please note that GTB will cease to deliver its courses at Gestalt Therapy Sydney at the end of 2017.
