Find a therapist

I am a Gestalt therapist, supervisor, educator and group facilitator offering therapy and supervision grounded in relational, embodied and eco-psychotherapeutic practice. My work is informed by contemporary Gestalt theory, somatic awareness, attachment perspectives and ecotherapy, with a strong focus on how healing emerges through awareness, relationship and authentic contact.
I work in a body-focused and experiential way, paying close attention to the wisdom of the nervous system, emotional process and the broader relational and environmental field in which we live. I am particularly interested in supporting people to reconnect with themselves, their bodies, their relationships and the more-than-human world in ways that foster greater vitality, meaning and presence.
In both therapy and supervision, I aim to create a space that feels collaborative, grounded and genuinely relational. I value curiosity, honesty, creativity and compassionate challenge, and I work alongside clients and supervisees rather than positioning myself as an expert with answers. Clients often describe my approach as warm, engaged, thoughtful and depth-oriented, while also practical and attuned.
I have experience working with trauma, anxiety, identity, grief, burnout, relational difficulties and the impacts of social and ecological disconnection. I particularly enjoy working with therapists and students wanting to deepen their embodied awareness, therapeutic confidence and relational capacity.
