About

I am a relationship therapist specialising in supporting couples on the brink of separation, helping them rebuild connection, intimacy and trust. I also work with individuals who want to understand their relational patterns, strengthen emotional awareness and develop the skills needed to create more fulfilling relationships. I am passionate about relational education and support clients to develop the skills and awareness needed to foster more authentic and fulfilling relationships – with ourselves and others.

I hold a Master’s degree in Gestalt Therapy and am trained in the Relational Life Therapy approach through the Relational Life Institute. I am deeply committed to relational education and support clients to develop the awareness, communication skills and emotional capacity required to foster authentic connection - both with themselves and with others.

Alongside my clinical training, I have a strong interest in neurobiology and the science of change and transformation. I have studied Interpersonal Neurobiology with Dr Dan Siegel and am an alumna of the Inner Health Coalition founded by Dr Joe Dispenza. This learning informs my integrative therapeutic approach and allows me to incorporate contemporary insights from neuroscience and transformation research into my work.

I also hold a Master’s degree in Community Development, which shapes the systemic lens I bring to therapy. I support clients to understand how broader social constructs can influence relational dynamics, stress and identity.

I believe therapy is not only a path towards greater connection with ourselves and others but also a counter-cultural movement towards creating a more loving, kind and tolerant world. Through learning relational skills, self-compassion and responsibility and emotional attunement we begin to shift how we experience ourselves and others.  This shift creates a ripple effect that extends beyond our relationships into our communities and the world around us.
