Find a therapist

I support clients as they cross the challenging, mysterious, and enlivening thresholds of life. As a PACFA registered Gestalt psychotherapist, I am passionate about change, embodiment, and relationship. For me, this work is both a spiritual practice and a great privilege — done shoulder-to-shoulder with my clients.
My approach is grounded in Gestalt's holistic, non-pathologising philosophy, trusting in our inherent wholeness, resilience, and interconnectedness. I work somatically, supporting clients to deepen their awareness of how they relate to themselves and their world — getting to the root of underlying issues and opening new possibilities.
Drawing on a decade as an Open Floor teacher, I bring a strong body-based foundation to the work. I integrate trauma-informed approaches, Parts Work (Gestalt and IFS), Attachment Theory, and Mindfulness — though as we know, it is the therapeutic relationship itself that remains the most crucial factor in effective therapy.
I work with clients navigating life's transitions, relationship issues and longings, grief, trauma, depression, anxiety, purpose, and creativity. I offer open-ended and fixed-term therapy for individuals and groups, in-person at Lygon St Therapy in Carlton North, or online.
I respect deeply the courage it takes to reach out. If you're curious about working together, I invite you to book a free phone call so we can connect and explore if we're a good fit.
