Find a therapist

A Gestalt therapist since 2003, I work with individuals, couples, and groups. I am also a Clinical Supervisor, Mindfulness and Self-Compassion Teacher, and Enneagram coach. I was a counselling lecturer and student counsellor for Ikon Institute for many years, helping to run an online student clinic for two years during the COVID pandemic. Supporting students and emerging therapists remains a passion of mine.
In client work, my Gestalt approach is informed by neuroscience and Compassion-Focused Therapy. I find this integration especially valuable in supporting nervous system regulation and safety in connection, particularly in working with trauma, self-worth, relationship difficulties, and attachment styles.
Based in the Byron Shire, I work both in-person and online, and also run monthly clinical supervision groups. I am currently one of the peer reviewers for submissions to the Shanghai Gestalt Conference in 2027.
