I’m a psychotherapist and counsellor based in Maleny on the Sunshine Coast. I specialise in counselling for parents, children and families. I have an extensive knowledge of Child Development, Attachment Theory and working therapeutically with parents.

I am a trained facilitator of Circle-of-Security, Tuning in to Kids, and Tuning in to Teens parenting programs. I am also trained in Sandplay Therapy, Expressive Therapies and Synergetic Play Therapy.

I have particular expertise in issues such as single parenting, supporting children through separation, co-parenting and step-families. My approach is humanistic, person-centred, and experiential. I aim to provide a safe, supportive relationship where people can feel deeply listened to and accepted as they explore current challenges in their lives. I also use gentle experiments and creative processes to deepen the therapeutic process.

I have been in Private Practice for 12 years and I also work for an NGO in a Parent Support Program.
