Find a therapist

I have been drawn to Gestalt therapy as a relational, experimental and anti-oppressive therapy, initially for my own development (ongoing) and now in the support of others. I have held a range of people-orientated positions in both public health and higher education before becoming qualified as a Gestalt therapist.
My special interest is in working with people whose difficulties are around body distress &/or shame, health and identity stigma, and food, eating, and hunger issues. I’m passionate about seeing people developing better self-knowledge in whatever stage of life they are in, and integrating parts of themselves they previously haven’t accepted.
I hold a Masters of Gestalt therapy and a PhD in public health, and have completed tier 1 training in Embodied Recovery for Eating Disorders and training for Somatic Body Mapping. I hold dual qualifications as an Accredited Practising Dietitian offering weight-inclusive nutrition counselling.
