Corporate Governance Body (CGB)

The Corporate Governance Body holds the overall stewardship of GTB’s business, financial health, and long-term strategic direction. Its role is to support the stability and sustainability of our institute so our learning community can continue to flourish.

The CGB entrusts academic quality and oversight to the Academic Governance Body (AGB), maintaining connection and alignment through regular reporting.

Academic Governance Body (AGB)

The AGB safeguards the academic integrity and heart of GTB’s programs. This group ensures that our courses meet the standards of an Institute of Higher Education while staying true to the relational and experiential foundations of Gestalt therapy.

The Managing Director and Education Manager work closely with the AGB, reporting on all aspects of program delivery and quality assurance.

Gestalt Education Processes Committee (GEP)

The GEP Committee offers specialised and community-informed guidance on GTB’s courses. Distinct from the AGB, the GEP brings together internal and external voices—including a student representative—to ensure that our curriculum remains alive, relevant, and connected to the wider field of practice.
